Story
The story starts with random missions fighting bad guys, and don’t forget about the filler episodes, or I prefer calling them fan-service episodes, such as visiting amusement park or onsen (hot bath) and etc. Just like going thru 1 by 1 event, and they’re quite predictable…
So, basically they don’t really touch the *real main plot of the story, until the last 3/4 part of the story… It’s okay, lots anime out there works like that too… =.=
The story is actually not properly explained, leaving a lot of question marks behind… and personally, I think that the ending of the story *spoilers*…. My reaction is “OMG”…. still an entertaining story of elemental magic battles and romance…
I’ll have it rated: 29.5/40
Animation
Studio: GONZO
Year: 2007
Type: Series
Some said it was brilliant, some said bad… Well, the artwork is just decent. Not astonishing and not bad either.. The production team focuses mainly on the important aspects only, such as characters and special effects.
Thus, you could easily spot that other things around the main object are always not detailed enough… It seems that they just simply finish their job. This problem is the worst at the last part of the story.
Overall, for a 2007 anime, they just slightly above average… I could oversee the bad side of it, cause they’re not really appealing… =.-

The opening theme is just fairly normal and doesn’t really attractive. A typical shounen type OP. Whereas I like the idea of using different ending themes for different moods. There goes 3 types of endings…
I’ll have it rated: 13/20
Personal Rating
I was hoping this series would turned out to be an easy understanding and good story anime. However the ending part just kinda ruined it a bit…
